Local & Courier Pick-Up Guidelines
- To facilitate a smooth retrieval process, we require 48-hour advanced notice to prepare your items for release. Please email info@wilsonsfineart.com to set up an appointment.
- For unlisted third-party shippers: We require 48-hour advanced notice from the client or shipper regarding who will be acquiring the items. Shippers must provide documentation and a manifest of items to be retrieved upon arrival for your items to be released.
- We are happy to assist however we can in the removal of items from our facility, but we strongly advise clients to please bring any materials (bubble wrap, blankets, boxes) or additional assistance needed for a safe and secure collection.
Storage & Abandonment Notice
Due to limited storage space reserved for upcoming auctions, each lot remaining fifteen (15) days after receipt of your invoice will incur a storage fee of $10 per day, and will be considered abandoned after thirty (30) days, unless communication has been received and extenuating arrangements have been made. All items that have been paid for but have not been picked up after ninety (90) days will be considered abandoned. All funds will not be returned and will be considered payment for storage and insurance.
